This contemporary abstract painting is another in the series of seascapes. In this particular painting, I have captured the emotion, that giant sigh of relief, right after a storm has moved on. The storm is often a life storm - something happened that was trying or difficult. Now the healing begins. I think the power and beauty of the sea are easily translated into our own lives whether they may be challenges and hurdles or rejoicing and celebration.  This is an acrylic painting on canvas. The sides are painted dark to coordinate with the art. A satin varnish covers all the surfaces of the painting to protect against dust and UV rays.
