Answered Prayers

This painting first represented my feelings of having blessings flowing down on me and others. But then I thought about all the prayers that are offered up. What happens to all of those? The blue sky represents the heavenly realm where my prayers were sent. God answers "no" to some of them, some he answers right away and solves the issue or problem and sometimes I'm waiting for the answer. Over on the right side of the painting right at the horizon line, those are trials and tribulations I may go through in order to get to the answer. Sort of like going through a storm and then the outcome on the other side is greater and better than I expected. Representing the answered prayers is the gold paint flowing down. I love this metallic gold and I think it is the best color and type of paint to represent those answered prayers. A light varnish has been applied to the surface to protect against UV rays and dust. A Certificate of authenticity will accompany the artwork. This painting is ready to ship and ready to hang.
