This is a restful yet very interesting piece. Painted with a lot of texture and several tones of blue, it is the sea, ocean, a beach scene, the sky with clouds and a fabulous display of texture under and on top of the subtle hues. It's perfect for the wall that needs a subtle artsy statement. I think it also lends itself to a day dream as the viewer looks at the painting he is reminded of a good memory at the beach and can easily get caught up in that day dream.  The painting is ready to hang with the sides painted a very dark prussian blue which looks very much like black. Being of the larger size, 36" wide x 24" high and 1.5" deep, Day Dream will look great in any room.
