This textured abstract contemporary piece is completely white with highlights of shimmery paint. The shimmer is designed to capture and reflect light and it does that very well! I photographed this piece outside with overcast skies to demonstrate the different levels of reflection this shimmer performs. It is a spectacular piece that seems so simple but provides so much play on light and reflection thanks to the texture, that it needs no color at all. Beautiful - just like a Wedding Cake. 

Although I have created similar paintings with light colors in the background, this is the first and only painting created all white like this. It truly displays as a painting of light.  

The painting continues around to the sides and I've signed it on the side. It's coated with a UV resistant satin varnish on all surfaces. A Certificate of Authenticity will accompany the painting.  It's ready to ship and ready to hang!
